In the com­ing month, you can learn how to sup­port an aging fam­ily mem­ber who lives with men­tal ill­ness, dis­cover treat­ments for men­tal ill­ness, and learn about PTSD and BPD. Our pro­grams are all free!

Post Trau­matic Stress Disorder
Join us as we learn about Post-​Traumatic Stress Dis­or­der. Trauma can affect any­one! We will learn what it looks like, what can cause it or trig­ger an episode, and how to sup­port a loved one suf­fer­ing from PTSD.

A vari­ety of treat­ments exist for men­tal ill­nesses. This work­shop focuses on both phar­ma­ceu­ti­cal and alter­na­tive treat­ments. Open to fam­ily, friends, and peo­ple liv­ing with men­tal illness.

Sup­port­ing Aging Fam­ily Members
Do you have an elderly loved one liv­ing with men­tal ill­ness or men­tal health chal­lenges? This is one work­shop you should not miss! Together we will dis­cuss and share how the adap­ta­tion to the chang­ing needs of an aging fam­ily mem­ber can be done with grace and ease.

Intro to Bor­der­line Per­son­al­ity Disorder
This intro­duc­tory ses­sion will pro­vide fam­ily and friends with basic knowl­edge on Bor­der­line Per­son­al­ity Dis­or­der: what it is, what are some of the chal­lenges, and what can be done to reduce con­flicts. You will gain a bet­ter under­stand­ing of the con­di­tion and how to cope.
