Learn how to sup­port an aging fam­ily mem­ber who lives with men­tal ill­ness, dis­cover med­i­ta­tion, make $20 by shar­ing your expe­ri­ence, or explore how plan ahead for your ill loved one when you can no longer pro­vide care. Our pro­grams are all free!

Sup­port­ing Aging Fam­ily Members
Do you have an elderly loved one liv­ing with men­tal ill­ness or men­tal health chal­lenges? This is one work­shop you should not miss! Together we will dis­cuss and share how the adap­ta­tion to the chang­ing needs of an aging fam­ily mem­ber can be done with grace and ease.

Young Car­ers Focus Groups
Would you like to share your expe­ri­ence and make $20? We are look­ing for peo­ple, espe­cially those under 25, for a focus group on tak­ing care of an ill loved one.

Care­givers: learn to use med­i­ta­tion to get in touch with your unknown strengths and develop your resilience.
