1. Virtual support group meeting on Zoom — September 24 To break isolation and meet people living with the same challenges as you. Come share with us. Virtual yoga class on Facebook — every Tuesday evening (in French) Come do your body good with yoga for migraineurs with Marine Button. Video capsules “Les minutes mieux comprendre et mieux être” with Mélissa Mitchell (in French) Once a week, Mélissa will address a topic related to migraines, whether it be a better understanding of one aspect of the condition (minutes mieux comprendre) or ways to live better with migraines (minutes mieux-être). Date: every Tuesday morning 4. Testimonial of Mr. André Pratte (in French) Did you miss the testimonial via Zoom of Mr. André Pratte, journalist, editorialist, author and former senator, who lives with chronic migraine and depression?
